Tyree Wilson Featured Artist Announcement!
We are so excited to be able to announce that Tyree Wilson will be joining the Di Zhao Flutes family as the first member of our Student and Young Professional Artists initiative. We got to know Tyree more at the last Flute Convention, and were blown away by his artistry, passion, and ambition as a young flutist. Tyree is an exceptionally talented young man and we will be proudly supporting his growth and development as he flourishes into the professional flute world.
At Di Zhao Flutes, our mission has always been to grow and inspire young flutists and give them the highest quality flute at the lowest possible price. Our handmade flutes are no exception, and they are made with the same philosophy; a professional flute that will stimulate and inspire the next generation of flutists as they become the future virtuosos of the flute world. Tyree embodies all of the qualities a young professional should have as a flutist and is the perfect choice to represent us as we grow awareness of our handmade flute series.
Tyree Wilson is an award winning flutist who is in his third-year of his undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama. He is studying for his Bachelor’s in Music Performance . Tyree is a talented and dedicated flute player with a strong passion for music. He has been playing the flute for over 10 years and has developed exceptional skills in this area.
Tyree has also participated in various musical events, including solo performances, ensemble concerts, and competitions. His performances have been well-received, showcasing his technical proficiency and musicality.
Besides his musical talent, Tyree is also highly committed to continuous learning and improvement. He has taken part in numerous flute workshops and masterclasses with renowned flutists to enhance his skills and knowledge.
On the social media side of things, Tyree is also known to a wide audience and has contributed to the flute community on Instagram and TikTok, where he has over 33K followers and subscribers as well as over 1 million views. On these platforms, he produces content from the Flute Center of New York as well as performances, practice videos, and vlogs.
Furthermore, Tyree possesses excellent sight-reading abilities and can adapt to various musical styles and genres. He is known for his ability to collaborate effectively with other musicians, ensuring seamless performances and harmonious outcomes.
