• All instruments purchased from us have a one year factory defect warranty and the warranty repair is free, including return shipping via UPS Ground service (customers are responsible for the inbound shipping and insurance).
• One free adjustment is offered for the first three-month period.
• Special needs and requirements are respected.

Repair service: 

• Flute repair are available by schedule. 
• Other brand flutes repair, Clean, oil, adjusting and overhaul are all available by schedule.
